Two and a half years ago, I made the nervous drive down the Leamington Spa to interview for a Design Apprentice position at Imaginate Creative. Kerning, Leading, Typefaces, Grids... It was all completely new to me! My first design that went to print was a little sign in the World Rugby Museum, and I couldn't have been prouder. Since then, I've worked on some incredible projects, working across a range of skillsets including; 3D, Animation, Illustration, Web Design and Print Design.
It's with tear-filled eyes I write this, as yesterday was officially my last day working for Imaginate.
I feel so incredibly lucky to have found them, and so privileged to have been taught and inspired every day by such a wonderful bunch of creatives. We were a formidable team who achieved great things and were always laughing. I really will miss seeing their stupid faces every day.
For now though, it's on to my next big adventure, so next week I will be moving to London to follow my dreams.
Stay tuned ;-)
